About the Role


We are seeking an experienced SAP Systems Maintenance Manager to join our team at Axalta. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems.



Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:



  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of SAP systems to ensure high availability and performance
  • Implementation of new business applications and modules, including testing and data initialization
  • SAP material loss control and related data analysis
  • Providing training to frontline staff to reduce errors in SAP operation


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A college degree or above
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP management, preferably with ERP experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Basic skill in English reading and writing, proficient in Excel, Word, PPT

About the Salary


The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
