Professional Hmong Interpreter for Global Healthcare and Medical Industries

We are seeking highly skilled professional interpreters to join our team at Future Group Translation and Localization Services.

This is a fully remote position that requires interpreters to work in various healthcare and medical industries. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between patients and medical professionals who speak different languages.

• Interpreting: Provide accurate and complete interpretation of messages during calls, conversations, or meetings.
• Culture Competence: Be aware of cultural differences and nuances to ensure effective communication.
• Technical Requirements: Ensure your home office meets the technical requirements, including a dedicated high-speed internet connection, minimum download speed of 10 Mbps, and wired Internet through Ethernet Port.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English and native proficiency in Hmong language.
• Experience: 1+ years of over-the-telephone interpretation experience in a reputable company.
• Certifications: International certifications in the healthcare industry, such as PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA, etc.
• Education: High school diploma in Hmong language.
• Skills: High emotional intelligence, tolerance to different cultures, excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
