Assembly Line Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team at Aptiv. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of our advanced safety systems, high-performance electrification solutions, and data connectivity solutions.

• Collaborate with AME engineers to design and develop manufacturing processes and systems.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct work study and time studies to optimize production workflows and personnel allocation.
• Design and implement manufacturing systems and processes to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Resolve production site issues and implement rapid response solutions.
• Work with the quality department to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems.

• College degree or above in mechanical electronics or related field.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering, manufacturing system design, and process optimization.
• Good English communication skills and computer application skills.

• At least 3 years' work experience in joint-venture or wholly owned enterprise.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
