Established in 2005, BNU-HKBU United International College is a leading institution in higher education located in Zhuhai, China. We are currently seeking a distinguished academic leader to join our Faculty of Business and Management.


Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong research background to lead our business programs. As a Business Professor, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality research, teaching, and mentoring students. Your expertise in business and management will help shape the future of our faculty.


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Job Responsibilities

  2. Design and deliver engaging courses in business and management, ensuring students receive a world-class education.
  3. Conduct innovative research that contributes to the field of business and management, publishing papers in top-tier journals.
  4. Mentor and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, guiding them in their research projects.
  5. Participate in conferences, workshops, and other academic events, representing our institution and advancing its reputation.

Requirements

  2. Hold a PhD from a QS top 200 university, preferably in mathematics, operations research, computer science, or statistical science.
  3. Have at least 2 years of experience in conducting independent research and publishing papers in reputable journals.
  4. Be comfortable working with numbers, big data, and modeling, with a proven track record of publications as the first author.

Appointment Terms
