The Role
As a Senior Manager, Marketing Channel Business Development, you will play a key role in executing and implementing business development strategies and plans for our Tianjin branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
Assist in breaking down and implementing business development strategies and plans, achieving key performance indicators.
Performance DrivenGuide various marketing activities, such as entrepreneurial briefings, customer appreciation events, and product lectures, to drive business growth.
Assist in organizing and hosting Family Manager Meetings, providing guidance and advice to business managers, and helping them improve their management skills.
Guide business managers in developing business plans and proposing improvement schemes.
Conduct face-to-face interviews and provide guidance to marketing staff to improve their productivity.
Promote and execute various business development activities, such as business competitions, business booster stations, and recruitment projects, to ensure their effective implementation.
Daily OperationsParticipate in morning meetings with the Operations Department to discuss business operations and management.
Communicate and promote company information.
Coordinate relationships with relevant departments within the company and handle daily administrative tasks.
Guide subordinates in handling marketing staff's opinions, suggestions, and complaints.
Provide guidance to subordinates to improve their individual business skills.
Marketing Staff Quality and Sales Behavior ManagementPromote business quality and compliance management concepts in business meetings.
Assist the Compliance Department in managing marketing staff's compliance and discipline.
Timely identify and report business quality risks and abnormal business behaviors within the marketing team.
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Systematic business management structure and insurance business environment knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Basic business training and resource management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Solid project management skills.
