Senior Engine Fuel System Piping Design Engineer - Shanghai, China.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking to appoint  a Senior Engine Fuel System Piping Design Engineer .This position will be responsible for the design, analysis, and verification of fuel piping systems for civil aircraft powerplants. The role requires at least 10 years of experience in the field of civil aircraft powerplant systems, as well as prior experience working with other civil engine or aircraft manufacturers. Candidates should possess expertise in engine fuel system piping design and integration, having professional background in strength and vibration.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct civil aircraft powerplant fuel piping design, including requirement definition & validation, scheme design & parameters definition, strength and vibration analysis, and other related system design work.
Carry out test and verification for civil aircraft powerplant fuel piping, covering development of test methods, test execution, test result analysis, and other associated tasks.
Perform airworthiness compliance verification for civil aircraft powerplant fuel piping, including development of Method of Compliance MOC, compliance test methods, and compliance analysis.
Ensure the design meets requirements for engine operation, environmental conditions, structural strength, weight control, safety, reliability, and airworthiness.
Analyse route-related issues pertaining to the powerplant fuel piping and develop corresponding solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Master's degree or above in Aircraft Design, Aero-engine Design, Aeronautical Engineering, or related disciplines.
At least 10 years of professional experience in civil aircraft powerplant systems.
Prior work experience at other civil engine or aircraft manufacturers.
Proven expertise in engine fuel system piping design, with a professional background in strength and vibration (analysis/design).
Good command of English for technical communication Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team.Initial contracts of 1-3 years offered with potential to extend. Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China for 1- 3 years initial contract
