该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述 Responsible for advanced quality control of new product in process of project development, including formulate product quality requirements, check the sample meets quality requirements, and provide solutions for any issues arising; 负责项目开发过程中的产品质量控制,包括产品质量的制定、运行、检查和改进; In charge of product quality assurance and quality control during the SOP phase. Solve internal process and customer quality issues. Keep quality performance meeting Company's quality management requirement. 负责量产阶段产品质量保证&控制工作。分析解决生产过程、顾客投诉的质量问题,关注客户门户网站的质量反馈,确保质量绩效水平满足公司质量管理及客户的要求。 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述:

• Assist Program Manager to verify and validate product advance development for new projects, according to customers' requirements to manage advance quality of new products; 协助项目经理进行产品的前期开发产品验证及确认,按照顾客需求进行新产品期质量控制;
• Take charge of product quality control in the stage of project development, work with related Engineers to ensure product advance quality meet customer requirement; 主导项目开发阶段的产品质量控制,并与相关工程师一起共同合作确保产品限期策划满足顾客要求;
• Write the quality control part of the LRR documents; weekly updates, upload and post them on KANBAN; 完成项目开发产品LRR文件中质量控制部分的编制,并每周更新、上传、上看板;
• Responsible for coordination of relevant Departmental staff to finish PPAP files to schedule; 协调相关部门员工按时完成PPAP文件;
• Collect customer special requirements and follow up approval condition; 收集顾客的特定要求,并跟踪批准状态;
• Solve internal, external and warranty quality issues. Implement root cause analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness verification; 处理公司内/外部(包括售后市场)质量问题点/投诉,进行根本原因分析,制定纠正预防措施并验证有效性;
• Establish and update relevant quality documents; 根据顾客和生产过程要求,编写/更新相关质量文件;
• Regularly analyze quality data and create result report. Lead team to solve quality problems with 8D, 5 Why methods; 根据质量绩效目标,定期汇总/分析质量数据并总结报告。领导小组解决生产过程中的质量问题点(8D、5Why) ;
• Monitor annual product type test,Lead team to identify and solve quality problems; 监控年度型式试验的状态结果。领导小组解决质量问题,制定纠正和预防措施的落实验证;
• Responsible for inspection gauge effectiveness verification; 负责量产阶段的产品检具有效性确认;
• Lead product audit and participate process audit; 主导产品审核,参与过程审核;
• Provide inspection standard training to inspectors and operators; 培训作业及检验人员产品检验标准;
• Perform other duties as required. 上级交办的其它事项处理。 QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
• Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering; 本科以及上学历,理工科背景;
• Good English skill, CET4 or above; 英语水平良好,大学四级或以上;
• Minimum 3 years molding/painting/assembly product quality control working experience; 三年以上注塑/喷涂/组装件产品质量控制工作经验;
• Be familiar with the IATF 16949 standard. VAPQP, PPAP (ISIR), SPC, FMEA, MSA,8D; 熟悉汽车供应链质量管理方法、IATF 16949体系标准、AIAG五大核心工具、8D及常用统计分析工具等;
• Be familiar with a kind of drawing software, like CAD, UG and etc.; 熟练使用绘图软件,如CAD、UG等;
• Have project development experience is preferred; 最好有项目开发经验;
• Should have good communication skill, team management and lead experiences; 良好沟通技巧和团队管理经验;
• Should possess with presentation skills be able to make introduce to customer, and discuss relevant technical matter's skill with customer; 具备演讲能力向客户演示公司,与顾客商讨有关技术问题的能力;
• Should be proficient OFFICE software, can preparing excellent PPT. 熟练运用OFFICE办公软件,能够制作优秀PPT。
