该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities: 工作职责: 1)Be responsible organize plant cross function team to create FMEA and Control Plan. 负责组织工厂跨职能团队创制基于产品的失效模式与影响分析和控制计划 2)Identify quality risk, prevent quality spill by data collection and analysis as per product type, character and customer specified requirement. 根据新产品的过程、特点和客户要求,通过收集分析质量数据,侦测并报告产品早期质量风险,预防质量事故 3)Lead in-process quality management, plan quality inspection method according to different products, create inspection instruction, continuously improve inspection effectiveness and efficiency. 主导过程质量管理工作,策划针对不同产品的质量检验方式,创建检验指导书,持续提高质量检验有效性和检验效率 4)Organize plant cross function team to focus on manufacturing defects, drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, verify action effectiveness. 针对过程不良,组织工厂团队分析异常根本原因,制定纠正预防措施,跟进措施有效性 5)Be responsible for immediately responding to customers' claims, solving customer complaints, working with team to create 8D report, make close loop issue analysis. 负责及时响应客户反馈的问题,处理客户投诉,组织行动小组生成8D报告,闭环处理问题 6)Based on customer complaint analysis results to identify internal process risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Be responsible for setting up quality Kaizen projects when necessary to make sure sustainable improvement. 根据客户投诉分析结果,确定内部流程风险,识别过程持续改进的机会。必要时,须针对具体问题建立相关的质量改进项目以确保改进措施的可持续性; Ability Requirement: 岗位要求 1)Bachelor or above with major in electronics engineering 本科或以上学历,电子工程专业 2)Electronics product quality manufacturing background is preferred, especially SMT related quality management experience 有电子产品制造质量管理背景,特别是与SMT有关的质量管理经验 3)Basic problem-solving skills, including, but not limited by A3, 8D, FTA, etc., Ishikawa, 5whys, SPC, etc. 解决问题的基本技能,掌握包括但不限于A3,8D,故障树分析,鱼骨图,五个为什么,统计过程控制等工具 4)Advanced quality tool skills, including but not limited by FMEA, MSA, Control Plan, ANOVA, DOE and the like 掌握质量工具分析实际问题,包括但不限于FMEA、MSA、控制计划、方差分析,实验设计等工具 5)ISO9001 related requirement, better have ISO13485 certification background, 掌握ISO9001相关要求,最好有ISO13485的认证经历 6)Basic six sigma knowledge 掌握六西格玛基础知识 7)Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English 优秀的中文和英语沟通能力 8)Five years above working experience in quality management role 5年以上质量管理工作经验
