Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking a creative and results-oriented Growth Marketing Associate (Ads & Affiliate Marketing Operation) who is passionate about driving growth and engagement. As a successful candidate, you will be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a keen eye for detail.
  • In this position, you will manage and optimize affiliate and paid advertisement campaigns to meet spend and ROAS goals, ensure smooth campaign execution, and maintain brand and tracking compliance.

Job Description

  • Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns based on spend and ROAS goals
  • Support paid ads operations of Meta, including campaign setup, pacing, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Track performance data daily, analyze results, and suggest optimizations
  • Coordinate creatives, tracking links, and partner communications to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure campaigns follow brand and tracking guidelines

  • Key Performance Metrics

  • Meet monthly spending and ROAS targets

  • Ensure accurate execution and timely reporting
  • Drive efficient growth across channels

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, and spend pacing
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Impact and Meta
  • Proficient and fluent in English
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
  • Data-driven, logical, systematic, and organized mindset
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that focuses on performance marketing
