该职位来源于猎聘 Crash & Safety Simulation Engineer Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Crash & Safety Simulation Engineer to lead CAE efforts in occupant protection, battery safety, and structural crashworthiness for heavy-duty BEV trucks. You will be responsible for developing and validating LS-Dyna simulations that replicate real-world crash scenarios, ensuring our designs meet stringent safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Crash Simulation & Safety Analysis

  • Develop and execute LS-Dyna simulations
  • Evaluate occupant protection systems (e.g., seat structures, restraints) and battery enclosure integrity under crash loads.
  • Analyze deformation, energy absorption, intrusion, and acceleration profiles to guide design improvements. Regulatory & Customer Requirements
  • Ensure compliance with crash safety standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Translate regulatory test procedures into virtual test setups and correlate with physical crash test data. Model Development & Validation
  • Build and maintain high-fidelity LS-Dyna models of truck structures, restraint systems, and battery packs.
  • Correlate simulation results with sled tests, full-vehicle crash tests, and component-level impact tests.
  • Apply statistical validation techniques to assess model accuracy. Collaboration & Methodology
  • Work closely with design, testing, and homologation teams to define safety targets and validate solutions.
  • Develop simulation methodologies for new BEV architectures and contribute to internal best practices.
  • Automate pre/post-processing workflows using scripting tools to improve efficiency. Essential Competencies & Qualifications
  • Education: Master's/PhD in Mechanical, Automotive, or Safety Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in automotive crash simulation, preferably with heavy-duty or commercial vehicles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in LS-Dyna (explicit dynamics, contact modeling, material failure).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience with occupant safety systems, battery crash modeling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skilled in pre/post-processors (e.g., HyperWorks, ANSA) and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with physical crash testing and CAE-test correlation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and ability to translate simulation insights into design actions.
  • Leadership in cross-functional development teams.
  • English working proficiency.
