该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 Assignment 管理和维护所有项目的机床、夹具和刀具图纸文件 Manage and maintain machine, workholding, and tooling drawing files for all projects 从工程概念上创建详细的刀具/夹具设计,包括: Create detailed tool/workholding designs from engineering concepts: 准备刀具和夹具设计图 Prepare tooling & workholding layouts 检查机床里的刀具、零部件和卡盘间隙 Check tool, part, & chuck clearance within the machine 设计特殊的刀具解决方案 Design special tooling solutions 根据需要设计特殊自动化解决方案 Design work specific automation solutions as required 根据需要提交客户设计审查和跟踪审批 Submit for Customer Design review & track approval as required 为设计和构建的组件发布技术规格,包括: Issue Technical Specification for design and build of components: 评估技术含量的报价 Evaluate Technical Content of Quotations 当合适时登入SAP并发出采购申请 Enter into SAP and issue purchase requisitions when applicable 审查所有收到的认可图 Review all concepts and approval drawings received 为每台机床操作的详细过程尺寸和公差设计工序图(如果不是由客户提供) Create Process Layout Drawings for each Machining Operation detailing process dimension & tolerance (if not supplied by customer) 复查每个新项目的测量要求,包括: Review gauging requirements for all new projects: 为预验收/终验收建立量具计划 Establish Gage Plan for Pre-acceptance / Final acceptance 和销售部、质量部一起确认计量器设备是否适合每一个切割测试 Work with Sales & Q.C. to insure gauges / fixtures will be available for test cutting 确保所有来自供应商的自定义组件、夹具和刀具的说明符合最终设计标准 Ensure all custom components, workholding, and tooling prints from vendors meet Final Customer design standards 支持数控设备技术,能解决生产/质量问题 Support CNC Set-up Tech. to address manufacturing/quality issues 由部门经理指派的其他职责 Other Duties as Assigned by Department Manager 任职资格 Your Qualifications 工程制造或机械工程专业大专以上学历 College or Technical School degree holder in manufacturing or mechanical engineering 5年以上刀具和夹具的设计经验 5+ years' experience in Tool & Workholding Design 3年以上机械自动化经验 3+ years' experience in machine automation 较好的沟通能力 Good at communication 熟练操作电脑及办公软件、SAP、UG、AutoCAD Good at computer operating, familiar with office software , SAP, UG, AutoCAD 较好的英语书面、口语表达能力 Good at both spoken and written English 具有较强的团队合作精神 Good at teamwork 较强的组织能力 Good organizational skills 在客户面前表现出专业水准 Must be able to present him/herself professionally in the customer's presence 愿意出差 Must be willing to travel
