该职位来源于猎聘 一、核心使命 负责智能割草机器人 Linux 侧中间件的两条核心子系统:

  • OTA 中间件 – 安全、可回滚、断点续传的整机升级;
  • Dev Manager 中间件 – 统一设备状态、告警(Alarm)与日志(Log)框架,为云/APP/诊断工具提供标准化接口。 二、岗位职责
  • Middleware OTA
  • 设计并实现 OTA 升级中间件,覆盖升级包校验(签名/哈希)、双分区 A/B 升级、断点续传、掉电回滚;
  • 对接云/APP 协议(MQTT/HTTPS),实现升级任务调度、版本号管理、灰度策略;
  • 编写 Bootloader 与 Linux 侧的升级交互协议,确保 MCU + Linux + 模组"三端同升";
  • 搭建 OTA 自动化测试框架:模拟断电、网络异常、包损坏等异常场景;
  • 输出 OTA 接口文档与调试工具(ota_cli、ota_status),支持生产线快速烧录与售后回退。
  • Middleware Dev Manager(Alarm & Log)
  • 构建 设备状态机模型,统一采集软件/硬件/算法异常,生成结构化告警(ID、等级、时间、上下文);
  • 实现 环形日志(Ring Log) 与 关键日志(Event Log) 两级存储,支持掉电保护与循环覆盖;
  • 提供多语言 API(C/C++、Python)与 JSON-RPC 接口,供 APP、云、诊断平板实时拉取;
  • 设计 日志快照 触发机制(Crash、Alarm、User Trigger),一键打包上传服务器;
  • 支持日志级别动态切换、远程日志(TCP/UDP Shell)、时间同步,满足现场调试需求。 3. 跨模块协作 & 工具链
  • 与硬件/算法/APP 团队对齐接口,确保 Alarm/Log 数据格式与云后台一致;
  • 将 OTA & Dev Manager 接入 CI/CD:自动生成升级包、签名、上传测试仓库;
  • 编写单元测试与 Mock 工具,保证中间件在 PC 端可先行验证;
  • 维护版本分支(Git/GitLab)、编写技术白皮书与 FAQ,培训开发/测试/售后团队。 三、任职要求 1. 基础与经验
  • 本科及以上学历,计算机/电子/通信/自动化专业;
  • 3 年及以上 嵌入式 Linux 中间件或系统软件开发经验;
  • 至少 1 个完整 OTA 项目落地(Yocto/Buildroot + A/B 升级);
  • 熟悉 进程间通信(d-bus、Unix Domain Socket、ZeroMQ) 与 多线程安全编程。 2. 专业技能
  • 精通 C/C++,熟悉 Python/Bash 脚本;
  • 熟悉 OpenSSL、mbedTLS 等加密库,掌握 签名/验签 流程;
  • 熟悉 MQTT、HTTPS、CoAP 等云协议,了解 JSON/Protobuf 序列化;
  • 能看懂 硬件原理图 与 MCU 寄存器,熟悉 UART、CAN、SPI 常见总线;
  • 熟悉 Jenkins、Docker、GitLab CI,可实现自动打包、签名、烧录、测试。 3. 加分项
  • 有 机器人/割草机/扫地机 行业经验,了解 MCU Bootloader、差分升级(xdelta);
  • 熟悉 systemd、logind、journald 等 Linux 日志体系,可定制高可靠日志通道;
  • 对 安全启动(Secure Boot)、EFUSE、TrustZone 有实践经验;
  • 贡献过 开源 OTA 项目(SWUpdate、RAUC、Mender) 或 日志框架(log4c、spdlog)。 4. 软技能
  • 良好的跨部门沟通与推动力,能独立承担子系统架构;
  • 注重文档与单元测试,具备 "代码即产品" 思维;
  • 英语读写熟练,可快速阅读 RFC、芯片 Datasheet。
