- 深入理解大模型技术原理(如Transformer、RLHF、Agent技术栈),能快速验证技术方案的可行性。
- 具备强数据思维,熟练使用SQL/Python进行基础数据分析,擅长通过指标驱动决策。
- 有实际Prompt工程、AI工作流设计经验,熟悉LangChain、AutoGPT等开源框架。
- 在垂直领域(如金融、医疗、法律)有知识密集型场景的AI落地经验。
- 熟悉AI安全与合规要求(如数据隐私、内容过滤),能设计风险控制机制。
- 深入分析数字货币交易所行业痛点,结合大模型Agent的能力边界,设计高价值、可落地应用场景(如智能客服、自动化流程、个性化助手等)。
- 主导大模型Agent产品的全生命周期管理,包括需求拆解、Prompt工程优化、RAG架构设计、多模态交互方案等。
- 协同算法团队优化模型微调策略,提升意图理解、任务规划、工具调用等核心能力。
- 设计Agent与外部系统(如API、数据库、知识图谱)的集成方案,确保端到端流程的稳定性和可扩展性。
- 推动构建评估体系,通过AB测试、人工评估等量化Agent性能与用户体验。
- 关注AI Agent开发生态,推动开发者工具链建设或第三方能力集成。
- 基于用户反馈、数据分析和竞品研究,持续优化产品方向,平衡技术可行性与商业价值。
