  • 5年以上B端/平台型产品经验,至少主导过一个AI基础设施项目(MLOps/大数据平台/算法中台/标注平台),有良好的产品分析与设计思路精通产品原型设计,注重用户体验,熟悉互联网产品设计及研发全流程,具备一定使用和研发经验。
  • 深入理解大模型技术栈,如数据层面掌握RLHF全流程、SFT数据构建方法论,算法层面熟悉机器学习、深度学习、Transformer等AI前沿技术原理,部署层面了解vLLM、TGI等推理加速方案。
  • 能通过分析TensorBoard日志、资源利用率报表驱动平台改进,具备优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力,能快速学习、全面系统性思考。
  • 计算机/数学/人工智能等相关专业优先,有算法研发工作背景优先,有数字货币、金融行业业务经验优先。
岗位职责
  • 大模型训练管理平台建设:
    • 主导训练流程标准化,设计分布式训练任务编排、资源调度、断点续训等核心功能,支持PyTorch/DeepSpeed/Megatron等主流框架
    • 开发效能提升,构建自动超参优化、训练监控与报警体系,降低算法团队试错成本
    • 创新技术集成,推进FSDP、3D并行、LoRA/P-Tuning等高效训练技术的产品化封装
    • 设计面向算法工程师的DSL或可视化界面,降低复杂训练任务的配置门槛。
    • 建设模型资产中心,实现checkpoint、评测结果、训练日志的统一管理。
  • 数据标注平台建设:
    • 设计支持RLHF、DPO的标注工具链,覆盖文本/多模态数据清洗、质量校验、多人协同标注场景。
    • 搭建数据-模型协同迭代体系,基于模型badcase分析的反哺标注机制。
    • 开发智能标注辅助功能,利用现有模型实现预标注、冲突检测、标注建议。
