Key tasks:

  • Internal and external contact person for EMC filter
  • Carry out the component ownership and related discussions with suppliers, procurement, quality assurance, planning and production. As well as fulfilling the technical, financial, and quality objectives.
  • Design and validation of component specific simulation models (lifetime, electrical, thermal etc)
  • Develop and management of technical requirements on component level.
  • Analysis of system and hardware requirements, specification of hardware scopes and creation of test specifications
  • Independent development and further development of the component, considering functional, technological, production and economic aspects up to series production.
  • Alignment and coordination of the internal and external interfaces of the component, systematic optimization of the component based on measurements and simulations.

Qualification and skills:

  • Graduation in field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar with strong background in power electronics (master's degree and PhD are preferred)
  • Expertise of needed tools and processes in power electronics hardware development, validation, and requirement engineering
  • Good skills of simulation tool (MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, Ansys etc)
  • Very good MS Office skill.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in hardware development in automotive applications or related field.
  • Very good communication ability and a good team player.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and structured work
  • Very high motivation and flexible for challenging tasks.
  • Chinese and English (fluent), German is a plus.
