Responsibilities:
- Banking document transmission (including letters of credit, letters of guarantee, bank statements, bank confirmation letters, etc.).
- Board of Directors/Shareholders' meeting materials management (including meeting minutes, signed documents, etc.).
- Tax document transmission (such as employer and employee tax filing documents, corporate tax filing materials, and receipt of tax resident certificate documents, etc.)
- Monthly declaration of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) materials (MPF for directors and employees, etc.).
- Hong Kong office documents preservation.
- Foreign employee resume collection and employee interview arrangement support.
- Hong Kong employee Information file preservation.
- Receipt and dispatch of company government documents.
- Itinerary management for business trips (and reception) of Directors, Senior Management, and Visitors (including hotel and air ticket booking, important meeting arrangements, etc.), as well as management of relevant expense invoices
- Daily management of Hong Kong Office operation expenses (including office layout, utilities, rent, cleaning services, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Good education background(at least bechlor), good communication skill on Mandarin,Cantonese, English.
- HK PR or citizen or IANG, and long term plan in HK.
- 1-2 years experience on admin preferred.
