Job Summary

• The Sourcing Analyst, Sourced Finished Goods – will be responsible for providing support to strategic procurement activities, including Spend/Productivity/Commodity/Payment/Lead Time/Master Data Analysis, Financial Audit Management, among other things.
• The Sourcing Analyst will create/maintain significant amounts of information gathering, data consolidation, and data cleansing activities related to the Sourced Finished Good categories of our global procurement team.
• Assist the Sourcing Managers and support related teams with managing all aspects of Sourced Finished Goods suppliers.
• Support Tariff policy/data gathering.

Job Duties

• Support in development and execution of sourcing strategies for designated commodities or product platforms that encompass the following:

• Productivity – Develop productivity pipeline to deliver productivity target

• Working capital improvements: payment terms extensions, lead time & inventory reductions

• Maintain Master Data Warehouse. Including Master SKU, Dual Source, GEO Diversification, Supplier Scorecard.

• Supplier and commodity spend management, analysis, and productivity tracking.
• Partner with internal teams to use sourcing tools to evaluate costs, competitively bid, and negotiate spend.
• Create and maintain automation tools for sourcing team. To improve the efficiency, increase data accuracy.
• Navigate seamlessly throughout the organization during data gathering and analysis activities, fostering relationships with partners throughout the business to support data requirements
• Develop a deep level of understanding of the data under analysis, focusing on ensuring the right balance of accuracy and completeness with timely delivery of required information.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, supply chain, mathematics, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of data management working experience.
• Good logical and critical thinking.
• Expert of Data Management Skill.
• Power BI is a must.
• Be skilled in Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience of ERP, preferably in SAP.
• Familiarity with one or more BI tools like Tabular. Fine BI.
• Experience of Azure Databricks, SQL.
• Capable of successfully managing and completing multiple tasks concurrently with cross functional teams and suppliers
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrates basic business financial knowledge
• Experience leveraging analytical ability to drive and influence business decisions
