individual to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team.

You'll play a vital role in maintaining and updating product data — ensuring every material, colorway, and specification is captured accurately to support design, development, and production teams.

What You'll Do / 工作职责

  • Input and maintain product data (materials, colorways, BOMs, specs) in the PLM system (e.g. Centric PLM).

在PLM系统(如Centric PLM)中录入和维护产品数据(物料、颜色、BOM、规格等)。

  • Validate and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.

核对并验证数据的准确性和完整性。

  • Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, and Quality teams to ensure data readiness.

与产品开发、采购和品质团队紧密协作,确保数据及时更新。

  • Support bulk uploads, seasonal rollovers, and database housekeeping.

协助批量导入、季节性数据转换及系统数据维护。

  • Manage product photos and ensure images are properly updated and linked in the PLM system.

负责产品照片更新与系统上传,确保图片与产品信息同步。

  • Assist in generating reports and documenting process improvements.

协助生成基础报告并记录流程优化建议。

What You'll Bring / 任职要求

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

商业管理、供应链、信息系统或相关专业,大专或本科学历。

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in data entry, merchandising, or product administration (FMCG, fashion, or retail preferred).

1–3年数据录入、商品管理或产品助理经验(快消、时尚或零售行业优先)。

  • Proficient in
    Excel
    (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data cleaning) and familiar with PLM / ERP systems.

熟练使用Excel(数据透视表、VLOOKUP、数据清理),熟悉PLM或ERP系统。

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

细致认真、条理清晰、值得信赖。

  • English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.

具备良好的英文能力,会中文者优先。
