Job Overview
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assure adherence to SOX and Hubbell Accounting practices and set up a standard and robust accounting and control system in China.
  • Work side by side with local business team to develop improvement plans and make financially sound business decisions3.Assist to work with local and segment leadership to develop the Annual Operating Plan and Profit Objectives for the Business and analyze the monthly outcome and forecast.
  • Work with Internal and External Auditors as required.
  • Lead role in SAP and OneStream conversion or any other reporting system required by corporate.
  • Travelling to the manufacturing sites outside of Shanghai and on-site closely working with local business team are must.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Masters Degree in Business preferred

Preferred Training

  • Strong hands on SAP experience a significant plus.
  • Proficiency in excel and OneStream helpful.
  • Excellent in English communication.

4.5+ years cost accounting experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment.

  • Good sense on business involvement and leadership and willing to develop career on financial management.
  • Be familiar with using the finance analysis tool as HFM Smartview or One stream.
