On this job, you will

Supply excellent site technical service &instruction support that could benefit from company products and services.

  • Maximize customer potential in his/her region.
  • Travel to visit potential clients.
  • Establish new and maintain existing long-term rapports with customers.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements - listen to clients and use astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs.
  • Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Meet regular service targets.
  • Record and maintain client contact data.
  • Ensure that all the trade is done according to the local and Finnish laws.
  • All the other items as specified by Country Sales Manager or General Manager.

We expect you are

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or

  • equivalent Paper Mill experience.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: PC Knowledge, Excellent organizational skills, Deep knowledge of papermaking process, paper machinery, design and manufacturing.
