Brief description of the position:

Representer of R&D requirement party, ensure the construction of PLM/PDM/SLM systems, and lead key businesses such as system planning, conception, iteration and cross-regional data transmission. Coordinate global teams to drive cross-border projects with IT product management and project management expertise.​ Support the company's digitalized and collaborative vehicle R&D management.

Key Tasks:

· Responsible for the business landscape planning and implementation towards region IT, including requirement elaboration, function design, and process optimization.

· Lead the R&D IT management work, including material preparation, coordinator team management and meeting organization.

· Serve as a bridge for cross-border communication, using English for daily work communication, meeting reports, and document writing to ensure that global teams reach a consensus on project goals.

· Responsible for designing data analysis display methods, including dashboards, widgets, webpages, etc.

· Steer the digitization of EZH's daily work.

· Combine knowledge of electrical architecture to participate in the analysis of product requirements related to the software management system.

· Based on professional knowledge of vehicle Bill of Materials (BOM), review the integrity and accuracy of product structure data. 

· Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder. 

· Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible. 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

· Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Automobile Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (e.g., Software Engineering); other majors with an IT-related background are also acceptable.

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an IT Product Manager or in project management. Priority will be given to candidates with project experience in the entire vehicle R&D process.

· Fluency in English (advanced level).​ Fluency in German is a plus but not mandatory. Possess solid project management capabilities and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).​ Demonstrate excellent skills in requirement analysis, process design, and problem-solving, with the ability to quickly identify pain points in cross-departmental collaboration and propose effective solutions.​ Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and office software (e.g., Excel, PPT, Visio).
