Integration Management _ Powertrain Charging

Brief description of the position:This position holder is in charge of Charging power components(OCDC) topics in Region China . It acts as a powerful interface among all brands in Europe(VW AG), Beijing(VCIC, Audi China), JVs(VWA, SVW, FAW-VW, Audi FAW-NEV) and group component plants in China. The position ensures the developing responsibilities of projects of vehicle platform and component development, release, localization.Key Tasks:Responsible for powertrain  charging electric OBC&DCDC assembly), system function and concept development(simulation&evaluation), also project work (AWS, RASI, time plan, risk management and problem solving) for all BEV projects in the whole China region;Responsible for the development & release in region China(VWA, SVW,FVW-VW, Jetta…) for specific local platforms including MEB31, B-Class & SSP China from PS to SOP. This includes all XPeng related activities for the new B-Class platform in compliance with legal rules and regulation as well as in compliance with company rules and according to Group strategy goals.Responsible for OCDC component HW and SW requirements definition -Based on Interface/Function/FUSA/OBD/Cyber security and other requirements-Based on related China GB and Global RegulationsResponsible for OCDC component development -Requirements managements and technical clarification with supplier , supplier managements with clear developing plan and technical deliveries-HW&SW review and release and ensure the necessary technical deliveries and out-put meet the requirements, Technical change managements.Responsible for OCDC component technical release-HW&SW release plan according to projects milestone and developing process tracking, Developing risk assessment with technical solution or proposals.-OCDC P/B/BMG/K release according to release checklist.  verbound management according to SW level release requirements.Responsible and support OCDC below related test (test catalog  definition/ report approval / trouble shooting and technical root cause analysis )-HIL/MIL test / Power train integration test /AGT car test-Vehicle winter and summer test / Vehicle function test/ Vehicle durability test / Homologation testResponsible for OCDC vehicle production related support in vehicle plant-OCDC assembly in vehicle production line-production line related EOL testResponsible for OCDC series and after sales support-Trouble shooting , Customer complains -Quality issue supportResponsible for potential supplier technical sourcing and TE rating according to sourcing requirements Benchmark with competitors and continually optimize the OCDC material cost and functionality Forecast the market trend and customer requirements and develop innovation technical conceptsQualification and skills required for the position:Education:Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similarWorking experience:More than 2 years working experience in charging system.Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.Knowledge, skills and others:1.With good communication skills and team spirit;2. Excellent comprehensive quality, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people;3. Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred;4. Full command of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint;5. Be able to use CATIA and other design software;6. Familiar with charging system standard and test case;7. Familiar with CAN protocol, familiar with CANoe and other analysis tools;
