Department Mission

• Development, localization and release responsibilities (HW & SW) for local produced 
powertrain product (e.g. EA888, EA211, Hybrid Gearbox and ZP7 thermal components)

• Central technical project lead and change management for local powertrain projects

Your Responsibilities

• You are in charge of overall powertrain module development project management from 
milestone AE till ME (powertrain system, engine, or gearbox); 
总体负责动力总成模块(动力总成系统,发动机,或者变速箱)从项目节点 AE 至 ME 的
研发项目管理;

• You are responsible to plan and manage the budget of your projects;
负责计划及管理项目预算;

• You are responsible to grant the BMG and K-release to the relevant powertrain module;
负责给出相应模块的 BMG 和 K 许可;

• You are responsible to create and keep optimizing the project timeline with all 
stakeholders;
同所有相关方一起创建项目时间计划并在项目中持续优化;

• You are responsible to escalate in proper committees for project decision and / or risks.
负责在适合的管理委员会上申请项目相关决议及汇报风险。

Required Qualification

• Education: Bachelor degree or above

• Work Experience: min. 7 years-experience in powertrain development or project 
management out of VW group (min. 2 years-experience in VW module development 
project management as alternative);

• High sense to manage complexity and problem solving ability

• Fluent English language skills is needed, good German skills is a plus
