工作职责
Responsibility:
- I provide logistics solutions to ensure availability of our products for our final customer
- I organize the flows for my activity on a daily basis
- I am fully responsible for my flow, guarantee a positive profitable result for the flow.
- I manage well and consistently of our logistic vendors, provide visibility of both service quality and actions plans to drive further service improvement and setup real partnership to support the business growth
- I collaborate with our business partners and analysis our KPI to improve our performances.
- I know well the shipping market and clear about company's needs in the market, be sensitive to all requirement and market trends so as to differentiate our logistic service from the market average.
- Develop and deploy continuous improvement project on standard logistics process in all Logistic areas and aspects.
- Work with finance team to standardize logistics expense report and support Logistics director to monito
r and control logistics expense
- Monitor the development of evolving government policies / regulations. Ensure the compliance with logistic related regulatory requirements in the location

- Logical and with good analytical ability. Figure sensitivity Proficient in MS EXCEL and other MS OFFICE tools.

- Concrete, Passion for industry and onsite work, Willing to take frequent travel based on business needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Mandarin and English; French is a plus.
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in SCM/Logistics/Economy and Legal is preferred
- Strong logistics background is a plus, being familiar with actual practice in all logistics functions
- Experience in retail or FMCG a plus
