该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities: 1. 负责仓库相关日常运作流程以及现场管理(包括出入库、库存、库内作业、货物发运等)确保所有操作符合药品GMP,EHS以及公司内控要求。 Responsible for daily operation of warehouse and monitor in warehouse, ensure daily operations to meet the requirement of GMP, EHS , internal control. 2. 负责制定、修订、完善仓库工作流程及日常人员管理工作,使仓库日常工作更加有序、迅捷。 Responsible for the formulation, revision, perfect the measures for the management of warehouse work process and daily work and make warehouse daily work more orderly and swifter. 3. 参与并支持新工厂,新业务的实施,从仓库管理的角度给予合理化建议以及配合完成相关验证工作。 Participate and support the implementation of the new plant or the new business and give reasonable suggestions based on the warehouse management and cooperate to complete related verification work. 4. 负责第三方运输及温控情况监控并规划更加优化的运输流程确保符合GMP法规以及公司内部质量,财务方面的要求。 Responsible for transportation, transportation temperature monitoring and layout more optimization transport process to meet the requirement of GMP and internal requirement. 5. 负责维护本部门仓储,运输相关的所有现行文件,包括但不限于标准操作程序、相应表格、部门规章制度等。 Responsible for all documents of warehouse and transportation process, including SOPs, Form and Rules and so on. 6. 负责接收和跟进与仓储、运输相关的偏差、CAPA、变更等文件。 Follow-up the Deviation, CAPA and Change Control of warehouse and transportation. 7. 负责工厂仓库部门的定期检查(包括EHS,仓库货物,账务,凭证审核,仓库工作的及时性和准确性)及合规汇总及检查,同时完成相应报告的记录。 Responsible for warehouse inspection (including EHS, warehouse goods status, accounting, documents review, the timeliness and accuracy of warehouse work) and compliance summary and check, at the same time to complete the corresponding records of the report. 8. 负责仓库人员的操作培训工作,不断提高仓管员、配送员操作标准,提高仓库组整体的服务质量,不断完善作业流程提升工作效率满足公司要求 Responsible for the operation of the warehouse personnel training, and constantly improve the warehouse controller, operation standard, warehouse group of overall quality of service, continuously improve process improve work efficiency to meet the needs of related department. 9. 关注和遵守公司要求的质量、环境健康、管理体系和管理政策、目标以及该职位相关的法规要求。 Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 10. 完成上级领导交代的其他工作。 Finish other work assigned by superior. Required Skills: 1. 大专以上学历,供应链,物流或相关专业。 College graduated or above (Supply Chain/ Logistic is preferred). 2. 具备GMP法规和实践知识,有5年以上医药制造,有医药冷链实操的工作经历。 Above 5 years related working experience in pharmaceutical industry and cold-chain transportation and familiar with GMP and Pharmaceutical Laws and Regulations. 3. 熟悉物流仓储作业流程,熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范,有SAP/ERP系统操作经验者以及有仓库0-1建设经验优先考虑。 Familiar with logistics warehouse operation process, familiar with the logistics equipment use and maintenance of specification, SAP/ERP system operation experience and the experience of building warehouse teams is preferred. 4.具备特种设备操作证书以及危险品操作证书优先考虑 Have the special equipment operating certificate and dangerous goods operation certificate is preferred 5. 严格遵守国家法律法规,遵守EHS和质量管理体系规定,遵守公司员工行为准则和各项规章制度,确保所有的工作行为符合公司的合规要求。 Strictly comply with National laws and regulations, EHS and quality management system, abide by the company Code of Conduct, rules, and regulations.
