工作职责:

1、主导供应商战略寻源与长期产能规划:统筹晶圆厂、封装厂(OSAT)及关键物料/EDA/IP等供应商的评估、谈判,制定多源策略,签订长期产能保障协议,应对全球产能波动;

2、统筹新产品导入(NPI)与产品生命周期(EOL)管理:从设计阶段介入 NPI 可制造性评审,协调样品/初生产供应链,制定EOL流程与下单计划,减少呆滞库存;

3、制定供需计划并统筹生产履约:联动销售转化需求计划,制定晶圆启动、封装测试及交付计划,跟踪工单与物料齐套,保障订单交付承诺;

4、建立成本模型并推动降本:搭建芯片全流程成本模型,组织跨部门开展降本项目,主导核心供应链合作方年度价格谈判,提升成本竞争力;

5、搭建供应商绩效体系与风险管控:制定供应商KPI(质量/交付/成本/服务),开展季度评审;识别供应/产能/合规风险,制定业务连续性计划;

6、统筹供应链信息与数据管理:利用数据分析优化绩效(如: 库存周转率、需求预测准确性),维护供应链主数据(BOM/物料/供应商);

7、其他上级交办的工作任务;

任职资格:

1、12年以上供应链管理经验,其中至少8年以上半导体行业相关经验,熟悉晶圆/封装全链路;

2、10年以上团队管理经验,具备带领跨职能团队解决复杂供应链问题(如: NPI落地、产能短缺)的经历;

3、精通半导体供应链关键节点,熟练使用供应链管理工具,掌握成本建模与数据分析方法;

4、具备与核心供应商高层谈判的经验与技巧,能高效联动设计、销售、质量等部门;

5、具备强领导力与风险预判能力,熟悉半导体行业法规,能快速响应供应链异常,适应半导体行业产能波动、交付高压场景

Responsibilities

1. Lead Supplier Strategic Sourcing & Long-term Capacity Planning
   : Oversee the evaluation and negotiation of wafer fabs, packaging houses (OSAT), and suppliers of key materials/EDA/IP; develop multi-sourcing strategies; sign long-term capacity guarantee agreements to address global capacity fluctuations.
2. Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) & End-of-Life (EOL) Management
   : Participate in NPI design-for-manufacturability reviews from the design stage; coordinate sample/initial production supply chain; establish EOL processes and ordering plans to minimize excess inventory.
3. Develop Supply-Demand Planning & Coordinate Production Fulfillment
   : Convert sales forecasts into demand plans; establish wafer start, assembly & test, and delivery schedules; track work orders and material readiness to ensure order delivery commitments.
4. Establish Cost Models & Drive Cost Reduction
   : Build comprehensive chip cost models; organize cross-functional cost reduction projects; lead annual price negotiations with core supply chain partners to enhance cost competitiveness.
5. Build Supplier Performance Systems & Risk Management
   : Define supplier KPIs (quality/delivery/cost/service) and conduct quarterly reviews; identify supply/capacity/compliance risks and develop business continuity plans.
6. Coordinate Supply Chain Information & Data Management
   : Leverage data analytics to optimize performance (e.g., inventory turnover, demand forecast accuracy); maintain supply chain master data (BOM/materials/suppliers).
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

1. 12+ years of supply chain management experience
   , with at least
   8+ years in the semiconductor industry
   ; familiar with the complete wafer/packaging value chain.
2. 10+ years of team management experience
   , with proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex supply chain challenges (e.g., NPI implementation, capacity shortages).
3. Proficient in semiconductor supply chain critical nodes; skilled in supply chain management tools; mastery of cost modeling and data analysis methodologies.
4. Experienced in high-level negotiations with core suppliers; able to efficiently coordinate with design, sales, quality, and other departments.
5. Strong leadership and risk anticipation capabilities; familiar with semiconductor industry regulations; able to respond quickly to supply chain disruptions and adapt to semiconductor industry capacity volatility and high-pressure delivery scenarios.
