This Position reports to:

Quality Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Plan quality management system, ensure it will be implemented effectively, and be continually improved to increase quality management maturity in company;
  • Organize and guide the formulation, upgradation and implementation of departments quality management system procedures, processes and work instructions;
  • Be responsible for internal and external quality management system audit, prepare audit report, and ensure the findings will be improved timely; in charge of product certification;
  • Plan and organize the quality training, including internal audit capability, common quality tools, knowledge and method; Plan quality activities, enhance quality awareness and create outstanding quality culture in organization.

Qualifications For The Role

  • Bachelor or Master in Mechanics or Electrical
  • 3 years of experience in Quality System Management
  • Knowledge in ISO9001, Master l6s and common quality tools
  • Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
