Support Retail Management And Administration
2)Supervise Retail Assistant to prepare Retail Management Reports: 3)Support store daily operation and sales

4)Coordinate and facilitate the store new openings amongst different departments 5)Handle specific projects as assigned by Retail Management 6)

Follow up online and offline customer claim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction; prepare document required by legal team;

Support Retail Management and Administration:

  • Organize cyclical meetings with management, retail managers and other departments (merchandising, marketing, VM, BD & etc.;
  • Invoice, payment, travel request approval and processing;
  • Coordinate with Area Managers to support sales performance;
  • Track budgets and expenses and do timely reimbursement; 2) Prepare Retail Management Reports:
  • Weekly & Monthly Sales reporting
  • Management and ad hoc reporting 3) Support Retail Development:
  • Store openings support
  • Training material preparation 4) Coordinate Retail Marketing Activities:
  • Coordinate sales events
  • Follow up feedback to marketing/PR to ensure the marketing activities sufficiency and effective to support deliver sales target 5)
