Log into Refer2JLL to submit them for the opportunity.Finance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support our Regional Finance Director in overseeing financial operations, analysis, and strategic planning for our client account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and Analysis (Client and Corporate JLL)Assist in overseeing and coordinating annual budget setting and forecasting cyclesDevelop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisionsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial dataPrepare financial reports for management and clientsClient Relationship ManagementSupport the Regional Finance Director in managing client relationshipsEnsure delivery of financial services in line with contractual requirementsWork with clients to manage total costs and identify savings opportunitiesInvoice Payment & ProcessingOversee and ensuring: Processing and payment of all property operating expenditure invoices, in accordance with legal obligationsAccountable for the timely coordination of the Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivableWorking with the team / Shared Service Centre and operations team to meet client deliverablesProcess Improvement and ComplianceIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencyEnsure appropriate financial controls are in place and maintainedSupport the development and maintenance of financial policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and audit requirementsOthersSupport any financial evaluation and decision-makingContribute to creating a collaborative work environmentAnd other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in client relationship managementKnowledge of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principlesExperience working in a multi-country or regional organization is a plusBackground in real estate or facilities management is advantageousWhat we can do for you:At JLL, we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realise your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
