Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Provide critical leadership related to strategy, demand planning and prioritization, specification and deployment for new services and operational support oversight for physical security services and projects supporting the APAC Region.  
• Primary focal to ensure the deployment and execution of the Security Model to all operations within the APAC Region  
• Single point of Security accountability and delivery for regional security priorities.
• Oversight of all regional Global Security metrics and responsible for soliciting and marshalling resources required to achieve approved targets
• Deliver security awareness initiatives throughout the Region, as needed
• Executive Protection oversight/execution
• Oversee the Travel Security Program in the APAC Region      
• Coordinate with the Physical COE to address incident response and ensure timely, clear, and concise communications to key stakeholders 
• Deploy technical security systems to improve security performance and ensure a positive bottom-line impact 
• Provide leadership and direction on core functional business processes ensuring that key security priorities are addressed and appropriate plans are in place to drive functional/business customer integration 
• Participate in supplier governance processes to align strategy and requirements as well as providing supplier specific feedback to performance through monthly updates 
• Ensure that all business activities are performed in a secure, safe and compliant manner, meeting all internal and external standards and controls 
• Provide inputs to the functional strategic plan in support of regional strategies and objectives 
• Partner with Physical COE to establish, deploy, and enforce security related policies and procedures 
• Leveraging internal and external benchmarking to identify leading industry practices to drive continuous improvement for Aptiv Global Security

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Military/Police Experience P
• Bachelor's degree R
• Minimum of 10 years of business experience and 5 years corporate security experience in a complex, large scale, global company R
• Minimum 5 years Leadership experience R
• CPP certification P
