To support our business, we are looking for a Facility& EHS Specialist for our Operation team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  1. Implement facility maintenance, predictive maintenance programs for facilities.
  2. Keep the site utility runs at normal status to provide uninterruptible power, HVAC, compressed air, water supply and so on for production.
  3. Safety, environmental protection, occupational health Compliance with regulatory requirements,Involve and lead EHS project.
  4. To liaise and work closely with vendor, contractors and relate government department etc. on problem solving.
  5. Communicate with other departments on facility relevant issues.
  6. Provide constructive suggestions according to one's working experience, and is willing to accept amendatory suggestions;
  7. Upgrading of key areas and key equipment, energy saving and emission reduction.
  8. Familiar with the safety risks of the department, carried out safety training, and supervised the implementation of safety operation procedures.
  9. Other tasks according supervisor requests.

Experience & Qualifications

You have:

  1. 5+ years factory facility experience in plant, such as electric power system, water system , compressed air , security system, central air condition system with temperature & humidity control, production setup, fire protection, building maintenance and others.
  2. Have Low voltage maintenance electrician certificate, High voltage duty electrician certificate, Pressure Vessel Management Certificate and other required Certificate.
  3. Be clear about EHS regulations and government law.
  4. Strong project management and troubleshooting/analytical skills.
  5. Have good sense of quality, provide reliable performance and result.
  6. Active and result oriented.
  7. Good communication and cooperation with other departments.
