KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for directing the production team, controls of production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets of the assigned production line(s).
  • 监管生产团队、控制生产活动、物料和库存以实现公司要求的成本及质量要求
  • Collaborate with cross functions (e.g. sales, customer service, technical service…), to ensure smooth communications and team agility, supporting the on time delivery of orders.
  • 跨部门合作(销售、客服、技术服务等)保持顺畅沟通以确保团队的敏捷性和及时发货
  • Maintenance of production equipment and facilities, ensuring the equipment mechanical integrity and availability.
  • 确保生产设备运行良好及保养
  • Ensures compliance of HSE regulations including but not limited to ensure employees' EHS behaviour comply with company EHS rules, ensure EHS devices are at good condition etc.
  • 确保生产过程符合HSE规章制度包括但不限于生产操作工的行为符合公司EHS政策以及设备状态符合EHS标准
  • Strictly follow and implement company policies, rules and regulations inside the team. As well as improve operation team's skill and monitor, trace subordinates' performance to continuously improve labour efficiencies
  • 严格遵守和执行公司各项政策规定,提高团队技能监督和指导下属绩效表现以持续提高劳动效力
  • Other tasks/special projects assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree and above, major in Chemical and Safety
  • 大专及以上学历,化学及安全专业
  • More than 5 years related experience
  • 5年以上工作经验
  • Good computer skill, Familiarity with SAP is preferred
  • 良好的电脑技能,熟悉SAP者优先
  • Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills
  • 优秀的团队领导力和人际沟通能力
