Your Role

Job description

1. Manage and support product design and implementation

- Work together with TS PC team and division PM team to review and redesign service activities in total life cycle service of Air treatment equipment. Make service activities clear and competitive in the market.

- Service kit repricing with division pricing team, make more reasonable pricing strategy.

- design complete product portfolio to support the air treatment aftermarket business, like service plan products.

- Support to segment customer & pilot products

- Promote new products to cover more customers, to make the products more competitive

- Support on training of improving product knowledge, application knowledge, sales -arguments and competitor information.

2. Support to mapping potential and follow up the customer coverage, support sales team to complete the sale performance target

- Support sales manager to define the regional strategy on air treatment aftermarket

- Support sales manager on market analysis

- Support sales engineer in whole sales process of target product

3. other marketing supports.

- To performs other duties and responsibilities necessary for the achievement of the sales and market share objectives.

To succeed, you will need  

Experience requirements

More than 5 years experiences in sales/marketing background & experience combined with knowledge of air compressor products.

Educational requirements

    Bachelor's or Master's degree - technically or commercially oriented or equivalent experience

Other Requirements

Willing to travel

Knowledge

- Good both in written and oral English & Chinese.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point, etc.

- Technical experience is a plus.

Personality requirements

- Result oriented with a self-motivating personality

- Persuasive communication skills

- Strong leadership skills, able to work in a team at all levels

- Pragmatic in your day-to-day approach

- A very creative thinker, not just technically but also commercially

- Willingness to travel on regular basis
