该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1)Provide pricing, availabilities of products and due date of orders to customers and sales team.

根据要求追踪订单的完成情况。 6)Phone responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls in a professional phone manner.

寻找和创造潜在的客户机会。 8)Provide (first level) product information based on information available in the catalogues.

根据产品目录册提供产品的信息。 9)Escalate (second level) product information requests to application engineers or technical support team.

将产品信息的需求转发给应用工程师或技术支持团队。 10)Claim handling from customers, ensuring claims are closed within a reasonable timeframe.

良好的英语听说读写技能。 2)Undergraduate or above degree in relevant field.

本科及以上相关专业的教育背景。 years of demonstrated success in at least one customer service role in foreign companies.

1-2年在外资公司客服岗位的工作经验。

Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

能够独立工作且具备主观能动性。 5)Have teamwork spirit and ability to work under the pressure.

具备团队协作精神并能有一定的抗压能力。 6)High sense for urgency, accuracy and detail oriented.

高度的紧迫性,关注细节及准确性。 7)Computer proficient: Word, Excel and Power Point, D365.

熟练操作各种办公软件及D365系统 8)

Effective and direct communicator.
