工作职责
Role Purpose岗位设置目的
Acting as focal point for CN Hub with regards to E2E order delivery and Hub docs. execution for IMC supply, new flows, exceptions & country specific.
作为CN Hub中心,负责E2E订单交付和Hub文档的协调。包括IMC供应,新流程,例外情况和各国具体情况的执行。

Accountabilities岗位职责

• Act as subject matter expert in Hub operation areas and build capability in SAP transactions to support standard hubbing and exceptional scenarios.
作为中心运营领域事务的专家,在SAP事务中建立、支持标准中心和特殊场景的能力。

• Getting the destination country requirement clear and up to date. Order monitoring and good communication with EAME CG Order Mgmt. team to ensure CN Hub documents issuing in time.
明确和更新目的地国家的要求,执行订单监控,与EAME CG订单管理部门良好沟通,确保CN Hub文件及时准确发放。

• Ensure trade compliance with IMC order processes, support Finance and Cutsoms audit.
确保IMC订单流程满足合规要求,支持财务及海关审计。

• Collaborating with other team members in CN hub operation, contributing to consistency and accuracy of standard operating procedures and support process adherence reviews.
与CN Hub运营中心的其他团队成员合作,促进标准操作程序的一致性和准确性,支持过程符合性审核。

• Work closely with other P&S stakeholders (including Logistics, Customs, Planning, Supply Chain Management, Direct Procurement) on cross functional initiatives, and in support of the transactional design and implementation of new flows / projects (e.g. S4HANA)
与其他P&S利益相关者(包括物流,海关,计划,供应链管理,直接采购)紧密合作,跨职能计划,支持新流程/项目的交易设计和实施(如S4HANA)。

• Deliver continuous improvement projects, working with other members of CN hub operation, Global Hub,EAME Order Management & wider P&S teams to drive efficiencies in Intercompany pro-cesses.
提供持续改进项目,与其他CN Hub成员,Global Hub, EAME订单管理团队以及更广泛的P&S团队合作,以提高公司内部流程的效率。

任职要求
Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities关键技能、资质和个人能力

• Bachelor degree, majored in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
本科学历,供应链、商务、物流等相关专业。

• Languages: English mandatory, additional languages are an plus like Russian
英语熟练掌握,拥有俄语等其它第二语言更佳

• Basic understanding of foreign trade, good understanding of Finance elements in Syngenta, particularly Transfer Pricing.
了解外贸业务,对先正达的财务知识有很好的理解,尤其是转移定价部分。

• Good command of MS office, SAP and reporting tools. Sound understanding of SAP order flows, intercompany processes and preferably experienced in a hubbing setup.
熟练使用办公软件,SAP及报表工具。熟悉SAP订单流程,内部公司流程,有Hub经验者优先。

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service or experience in a hubbing setup will be of benefit.
3 - 5年订单管理,客户服务经验,Hub创建经验者优先。

• Customer oriented and understanding of the key customer requirements.

• Be able to manage stakeholders in a matrixial structure of a multinational organization.

• Aptitude to work under pressure, responsible and with teamwork spirit.
