该职位来源于猎聘  HR function job , especial for Recruiting:

  • Conduct annual recruiting plan according to business development;
  • Prepare Weekly Personnel Requisition coordination with plant management team and AP HR, report and update the hiring status weekly;
  • Weekly update Recruiting plan, work with braking team to update DL/IDL/SAL name and cost center;
  • The execution of employee hiring and placement procedure. Assist Manager to select resume and recommend suitable candidate for interview;  ER:
  • Participate in employee communication including probation assessment, contract review, ECI and exit interview, feedback to HR manager;
  • Assist in Employee's retention and improve employee's engagement, organize activities such as round table meeting, team building.
  • Know well Chinese labor law, reduce labor arbitration case.  Communication, Execution for continuous improvement:
  • Attend business meeting, communicate frequent with floor, office people, to keep feedback tracked and followed, developed or drive the action plan to be done;
  • Support production, engineering, shift support teams/departments to enhance discipline management, update policy/working procedure time by time.
