Play a key role in supporting the HR department by managing training programs, performance reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Profile: Responsibilities This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Training & Development Lead and coordinate employee training programs.

Assist in designing and implementing training materials and schedules.

Performance Management Lead and conduct performance reviews.

Follow up on performance improvement plans and feedback.

Recruitment Support Pre-screen candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pool.

Assist in managing recruitment processes and utilizing various sourcing channels.

Employee Onboarding & Engagement Prepare and conduct welcome sessions and onboarding orientations.

Organize team-building activities and employee engagement events.

HR Administration Establish and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Support the HR team in budget preparation for training and development.

Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multicultural company.

Skills & Competencies Strong data analysis skills for HR reporting and decision-making.

Familiarity with recruitment processes** and various sourcing channels.

Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal Attributes Open-minded, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
