Associate Director Planning and Demand

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead monthly S&OP meetings to align sales, operations, and finance teams on demand-supply strategies to drive an integrated business planning and achieve business goals.
Drive and strategically manage product family-level production and inventory planning based on demand forecasts, minimizing stockouts and overstocks in order to achieve cost efficiency and financial targets。
Lead demand planning, MRP processes and, track KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns) r to drive service, agility and cash balancing guided by data driven decisions .
Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing to develop long-term sourcing/capacity plans for seasonal peaks (e.g., fresh food campaigns).
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Food Science
7+ years in FMCG/food supply chain planning, with expertise in S&OP, MRP systems (e.g., SAP), and analytics tools
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align stakeholders (sales, ops, finance).
Fluent in English (business level), multinational experience preferred.
