Brief description of the position
To ensure the workflow, this position is responsible for designing simple fixtures, writing machining programs for parts, operating five axis machine tools, identifying machining risks, and solving common equipment failures.

Key Tasks
1. 根据零件使用场景,合理选择加工工艺方案和材料,设计相关工装
Based on the usage scenario of the parts, reasonably select the processing process plan and materials, and design relevant tooling.
2. 编写CNC加工程序,合理利用机床的加工能力,保证加工效率
Write CNC machining programs, make reasonable use of the machining capacity of the machine tool, and ensure machining efficiency.
3. 操作五轴机床,运行零件加工程序
Operate the five axis machine tool and run the part processing program.
4. 陪伴加工过程,及时发现并解决机床故障和CNC加工程序问题
Accompany with the whole manufacturing process,timely identify and resolve machine tool malfunctions and CNC machining program issues.
5. 对加工过程中的问题及时进行记录,分析原因,优化加工工艺或提出设计更改建议
Timely record and analyze the problems encountered during the processing, optimize the processing technology, or propose design change suggestions.
6. 零件加工完成后,根据测量报告和表面质量判断是否合格,并对不合格零件给出优化方案
After the parts is produced, determine whether they are qualified based on the measurement report and surface quality, and provide optimization solutions.
7. 加工合格后,检查相关标准件是否安装到位,并和模型后处理人员完成零件交接
After the processing is qualified, check whether the relevant standard parts are installed in place and handover parts with Model colleagues.
8. 根据任务量和进度制定排产计划
Making the Production schedule according to the task schedule.
9. 负责机床及项目运行所需的耗材及工具,例如代木等,跟踪库存情况并定期采购相关材料
Responsible for necessary consumables and tools, such as substitute wood, tracking inventory status and purchasing it regularly.
10. 负责车间的设备投资、验收、付款等,协调相关资源完成设备的日常管理及维护
Responsible for equipment investment, acceptance and payment in the workshop, coordinate resources to accomplish the daily management of equipment.

Qualification and skills required for the position
1. 机械工程、汽车工程、电气工程、工业工程相关专业大专及以上学历
College degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
2. 5年以上数控机床操作经验,至少2年以上5轴机床操作经验
More than 5 years of experience in CNC machine operation, with at least 2 years of experience in 5-axis machine operation.
3. 熟悉汽车模型试制相关的各种加工工艺和材料,具有丰富的五轴机床操作经验
Familiar with various processing techniques and materials related to automobile model trial production, with rich experience in operating five axis machine tools
4. 具有使用CAD和CAM软件的经验
Experience in using CAD and CAM software
5. IT技能:MS Office
IT skills: MS Office 
6. 优秀的中文商务语言技能(书面和口头),德语和英语的基础知识者优先
Excellent business language skills in Chinese  (written and oral) ,basic knowledge in German & English is appreciated
