Where You'll Make a Difference

  • 参与产品经理组织的新产品会议,第一时间了解新产品项目进展,配合QFS确认产品配方、克重,条包长宽,包膜刀版和artwork,盒子尺寸和设计图纸等产品参数,满足客户对产品的各种要求。
  • Participate in new product meetings organized by the Product Manager to stay updated on project progress. Collaborate with QFS to confirm product formulas, weight, pouch dimensions, film cutting tools and artwork, box sizes, and design drawings to meet customer requirements.
  • 确认产品相关配方和各种参数后,在保证产品上机适应性的基础上,及时完成新产品PL系统审批和混合工艺撰写等工作,保证产品首单能够按时生产。
  • After confirming product formulas and parameters, ensure machine adaptability and complete PL system approvals and mixing process documentation in time to support on-schedule production of first orders.
  • 协调配合客户和研发部门的样品需求,及时沟通安排取样工作。
  • Coordinate with customers and R&D departments to arrange sample collection as needed.
  • 与生产部门及时沟通,对需要试机的工作进行提前计划,及时完成测试和报告撰写。
  • Communicate with the production department to plan and execute machine trials, and complete testing and reporting promptly.
  • 负责工厂小项目的整体协调和跟进工作。
  • Oversee coordination and follow-up of small factory projects.
  • 根据客户和工厂的持续改善需求,结合工厂和行业标准,制定和实施工程项目。
  • Develop and implement engineering projects based on continuous improvement needs from customers and the factory, aligned with factory and industry standards.
  • 完成领导交办的其他工作。
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.
