Your role

As a Application Engineer (IT), your mission is to be responsible for business requirements, designing and implementing IT application solutions and promoting system integration projects, delivering end-to-end digital solutions and improving the level of intelligence.

You will

• I. Business Analysis
• Collaborate closely with business units to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements; and prepare related deliverables including process flow diagrams, requirement specifications, and analysis reports.
• Evaluate the efficiency of current business processes, identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; and propose optimization strategies to drive digitalization, automation, and intelligent transformation.
• II. Application Management
• Design and implement optimization solutions using AI models, automation tools, and third-party platforms based on business scenarios; manage end-to-end lifecycle activities from development and testing to deployment and operations.
• Build and maintain knowledge bases on AI platforms; apply prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques to continuously improve model accuracy, stability, and user experience.
• Develop AI agents and automated workflows using AI workflow platforms to enable smart assistance and automated execution of business processes.
• Stay abreast of AI technology trends, explore practical applications, and facilitate the deep integration of AI into business operations; deliver technical training and support as required.
• III. Project Collaboration
• Support ERP and related system implementation projects, including fit gap analysis, solution design, build print, testing, and go-live support, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and functional alignment across IT application systems, improving overall interoperability and business support capabilities.

You have 3 years of experience, working as a Application Engineer (IT)

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or related fields.
• CET-4 or above English proficiency, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing industry business analysis, AI application implementation, or enterprise digital transformation; proven track record in successful AI deployment or process optimization projects preferred.
• Proficient in business process mapping and requirements analysis, with the ability to quickly identify pain points and propose systematic solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLM, prompt engineering, and AI agents; hands-on experience with GPT, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI Foundry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python; familiarity with Power Platform or other low-code platforms preferred.
• Understanding of ERP system logic and project implementation processes; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Excellent learning ability, requirement translation skills, project coordination, multitasking capability, and strong innovation and execution mindset.
