Your Responsibilities

Quality Control & Yield Sustaining: follow the set quality standards to control the production process. Work with the Quality & Engineering department to analyse and resolve quality problemsStandardization and Documentation: Provide written Standardized procedures and work instructions. Keep maintaining accurate and up-to-date process documentationImplementation of IATF16949 and ISO 14001, OHSAS18001Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement track KPIs, and operation cost managementEquipment availability and tooling improvement for improve output and lower operation costProcess cleanliness management: follow 5S requirement check environmental impact regularly to maintain a safe and clean work environment.Operator training and technician training for excursion freeOther Job assignment from superior

Your Profile

Completion of a technical educationGood interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individualsSelf-motivated with the ability to foster a collaborative work environmentPreferred: Experience in a related industryExperience in related industry advantageousFluent written and oral EnglishOpen minded approachComputer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)Ability to work in a stressful environmentGood analytical skills with attention to detailGood team working spirit and leadership skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBasic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)Familiar with quality tools like SPC, MSA,CP, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
