Specialist Production Litho CHQ 2

Your Responsibilities

Quality Control & Yield Sustaining: follow the set quality standards to control the production process. Continuous optimisation to guarantee the art status and improve production qualityStandardization and Documentation: Provide written Standardized procedures and work instructions. Keep maintaining accurate and up-to-date process documentationImplementation of IATF16949 and ISO 14001, OHSAS18001Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement track KPIs, and operation cost managementEquipment availability and tooling improvement: Responsible for equipment availability, operation tooling, production consumables and drives for continuous improvementProcess cleanliness management: Follow environmental regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environmentResponsible for excursion free prevention of production process and human relatedOther Job assignment from superior

Your Profile

Degree from senior technical collegeGood interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individualsSelf-motivated with the ability to foster a collaborative work environmentPreferred: Experience in a related industrySeveral years of professional experience in related industry advantageousFluent written and oral EnglishOpen minded approachComputer skillsGood communication and team spiritsAbility to work in a stressful environmentGood analytical skills with attention to detail
