Specialist TDI CHQ 2
Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all related project related to customer samples
  • Organize and monitor all activities to be ready from sample stage to volume run
  • Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Services, related to capability
  • Establish reporting and monitoring tools for ramp up projects
  • Lead dedicated project from customer sample stage to ramp stage
  • Coordinate and optimize customer project during sample phase to ensure smooth production
  • Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flow during customer sample stage
  • Establish appropriate resources available and provide necessary support to all associated projects
  • Provide cost effective method during customer sample phase
  • Provide technical input and setup team review and meeting for customer sample development
  • Collaborate with cross function team to ensure customer sample smooth run

Your Profile

  • Minimum educational level from bachelor's degree in engineering basis
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong technical background in general or specific field in PCB manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor's degree from higher technical college or fresh graduates
  • Knowledge in Printed Circuits Board (PCB), mSAP Processes, or other processes related
  • luent in written and oral English
  • Computer skills – MS Office package, i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point, Other software, i.e. SAP, Minitab
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, etc
  • Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Good team player and team leader, integrated and interdisciplinary thinking
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking skills for problem solving
  • Authority to provide basic technical within team
