  • To get familiar with Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain business process, drive digitalization / systematize / automation in purpose of efficiency / quality continuous level up, auto solution include raw data collecting / maintaining / screening, process simulation, scenario proposing, result visualization, exception data report, data analysis and drilldown.
  • Program / dashboard development to simplify and reduce manual touch point in daily work.
  • Cover part of Industrial Engineering function, such as: Headcount management, Space management, Capacity Planning.
  • Knowledge in DOE, SPC, DMAIC, 5 Why…related engineering/QC tools Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, IE, or a related field.
  • Independent data system project management.
  • Good at development in Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools
  • Good at one of the data processing languages (Python preferred)
  • Knowledge of SQL programming
  • 5+ year working experience in data science field: data system design/ development/ integration to improve business efficiency and quality.
  • Rich experience of independent data system project management.
  • 4IR data analytic / AI / machine learning / cloud computing knowledge or experience is preferred.
  • Assembly and Test semiconductor knowledge or working experience is preferred.
  • Industrial Engineering knowledge or working experience is preferred.
  • Strong Sense of Responsibility and Self-learning Motivation
  • Good Communication skill and teamwork spirit
  • Good English Skill: Written and Oral
