About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in the Production Dept. at our location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as Operator:
  • Complete product tasks on time according to operational procedures and process requirements.
  • Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities as required.
  • Understand and maintain 5S and HSE standards in the work area.
  • Conduct first-piece sampling inspection for each shift.
  • Report abnormalities, including machine failures, material defects or shortages, product quality issues, and safety concerns.
  • Participate in activities aimed at improving production efficiency, product quality, and cost control.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor based on work needs.
Your Profile as Operator:
  • Able to complete tasks assigned by the direct supervisor on time.
  • Capable of operating electromechanical equipment and using measuring instruments.
  • Visual acuity of 1.0 or above is required for inspection stations.
  • Education: High school diploma or above.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
