We are seeking motivated engineering professionals whom we met at the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Conference to join our growing team. This posting serves as a talent pool for current and future opportunities across multiple disciplines, including civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineering.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on projects that address environmental challenges and infrastructure needs
• Support the design, analysis, and implementation of sustainable engineering solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to technical reports and proposals

Qualifications:

• Working towards or obtaining a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in sustainability and innovative engineering practices
• Internship or co-op experience preferred but not required
