  • Be responsible for equipment and tooling installation verification/ running/ maintenance

负责设备和工装的安装运行验收和保养

  • Be responsible for making tooling or fixture for test equipment

负责制作测试设备的相关工具/夹具

  • Machining samples for Test equipment according to material property and test requirement 按照测试要求和材料属性对测试样品进行机加工
  • Troubleshooting equipment and Machining related problems 调查分析解决相关设备和机械加工相关问题
  • Evaluate and continually improve test results together with test engineer

和测试工程师一起分析评估和持续改善测试结果

  • Maintaining and updating equipment related documentation like instruction/standards 维护更新设备相关操作保养指导书和标准文件
  • Coordinate with other team members to make sure the test assignments are delivered on time 与团队成员协调沟通确保指定得测试任务按时交付
  • Implement other jobs given based on Company need 根据公司需求执行分配的其他工作 Experience You have 8+years' practical experience as a mechanical engineer for works relating to Machining in mechanical, electrical automation, equipment or automotive manufacturing industry

8年以上相关机械加工实操经验于相关机械/电气自动化设备或汽车等相关制造行业 Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Engineering related etc

本科及同等学历以上机械/设备/电气自动化相关专业 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 知识、技巧和能力

  • Be proficient in English writing and listening,basic oral communication. 熟练得英语读写听能力和基本的口语表达能力即可
  • Be skilled in using related Catia/ UG/SolidWorks 3D software to create mechanical drawings

熟练使用Catia 或UG SolidWorks等相关三维软件创建机械相关图纸 Have practical experience in designing tooling

有设计过夹具的实操经验

  • Have Practical experience operating and programming Machining equipment 有机械加工相关设备工具得实操经验和编程调试故障实操经验
  • Ability to work and troubleshooting independently
