【岗位职责】

1. 协助完成部门日常工作任务,包括但不限于数据整理、文档撰写、活动支持等; 2. 参与项目执行,跟进项目进度,协助团队完成目标; 

3. 利用相关工具/技能(如:办公软件、设计工具、编程语言等)完成文档整理; 

4. 完成上级交办的其他事务性或创意性工作。

【任职要求】

1. 学历要求:在校研究生/博士生,专业不限,2026年毕业者,优先考虑与岗位相关的统计学、人工智能、数据科学、计算机科学、流行病学等; 

2. 技能要求:熟练使用Office办公软件(Word/Excel/PPT),具备基础的数据分析能力或文案撰写能力,在监督学习、无监督学习、深度学习、强化学习、联邦学习、时间序列预测、贝叶斯统计和优化等领域具有专长是加分项。

3. 个人素质: 

  -了解行业在AI/ML方面的最新进展,并积极应用于的日常工作高效使用。

  - 学习能力强,对行业和创新有热情,愿意接受挑战; 

  - 责任心强,具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神; 

  - 能适应快节奏工作,按时交付任务;

  - 具有分析和解决问题的能力,能够与技术和非技术受众进行有效沟通 

4. 加分项: 

  - 有相关医药管理咨询实习或项目经验者优先; 

  - 英语/其他语言能力优秀者优先; 

  - 每周至少工作3天,可全职工作者优先考虑,持续2个月以上。
