Under the leadership of the Brand General Manager to effectively manage and develop the Hoka China retail business over achieving set revenue and fiscal plans and brand objectives on line and off line.  Establish a team of people embracing the local working practices and mirroring the Deckers Hoka culture ensuring high performance and high engagement.  Deliver a world class premium brand retail experience for the consumer.  To work in partnership with the Deckers Global Retail Operations and CN BD team, Construction team to ensure alignment of best practice Hoka retail standards in China that mirror the global brand standards and operational excellence.

  • Conducts briefings and business meetings for senior management and customer representatives. 
  • Interacts with equivalent level managers concerning matters of significance to the company, sometimes having to influence others to respond to own priorities, gaining acceptance of a decision.
  • Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, and collaborates cross functionally with Brands and sales support organizations.
